Gowrie Victoria provides a range of professional learning options to support educators to:

  • extend learning over a period of time in order to support continuous improvement
  • apply learning to real life examples in their own service
  • think critically about practice and consider other, different, perspectives
  • develop peer support relationships within local communities
  • access resources and support to contribute to learning.

All professional learning is based on contemporary early childhood theory, is underpinned by the Approved Learning Frameworks and directly links to the National Quality Standard.

Participants attending our Professional Development are supported to use an action research model of learning to help embed change in practice at the service level.
