ATQF Questionnaire Data Report
Each year, all learners and employers associated with Gowrie Victoria are independently surveyed to provide feedback on course content, trainers, assessment and communication. Registered training organisations must publish a copy of their most recent AQTF Quality Indicators in relation to Learner Engagement, Employer Satisfaction and Competency Completion.
These indicators are based on a survey of 91 students and 5 employers. This sample represents 28% and 10% respectively of this organisation’s training delivery in the 2015 calendar year. The students and employers surveyed for these indicators were selected by this organisation in accordance with national guidelines
Gowrie Victoria is committed to continuous improvement and uses the reports to review and revise its processes to deliver high quality learning experiences for learners.
Some of the comments provided by learners and services regarding the 2015 course year include:

“The knowledge that i recieved and the improvements i was able to make to my service as a result of this course have been fantastic. the trainers were helpful and good knowledge of practice and it was great to hear their experiences from thier work lives.”
Suggestions for improvement
“Communication between assessor and room leader at work/placement. I work full time at a centre and I feel that the room leader expects that I know more info than I have actually learnt at the course so far and forget that I’m still a student.”
“Cluster A in Diploma course might have to be reduced down due to redundancy of some questions in the assignment.”
“Sometimes I was unclear of exactly what I had to do in my assignments because the instructions were a little unclear but this was just a small thing and once I asked for help I always got it :)”
