Be fully supported when you return to work
On behalf of the Victorian Department of Education and Training, Gowrie is offering coaching to Early Childhood Teachers who are joining or returning to the ECEC sector in Victoria after a period of leave.
Gowrie coaches are all experienced coaches and early childhood practitioners offering current and lived experience of the sector. They will tailor the coaching process to meet the needs and circumstances of each individual, guide teachers to become familiar with relevant EC programs and frameworks and support them to connect with local EC networks.

The coaching process moves through different phases, over ten coaching sessions. Most teachers will be supported with two hours of coaching per month over a five-month period, but the timing could be shorter or longer, depending on individual needs. The program offers both face to face and online coaching sessions, and at times agreed by both the coach and the teacher.
