It is with great pleasure we announce that Gowrie Victoria Broadmeadows has received an Excellent rating!
There are only eight (now 9!) services that are rated Excellent in Victoria. Excellent is the highest rating an education and care service can achieve under the National Quality Framework, which is the approach to regulation, assessment and quality improvement for early childhood services across Australia.
Our Excellent application was based on the themes of:
- Collaborative partnerships with professional, community or research organisations
- Positive workplace culture and organisational values
- Practice and environments that enhance children’s learning and growth
We would like to extend a huge thank you to all of our children, families, educators and the wider community of Broadmeadows Valley for all they have contributed in our journey towards an Excellent rating. This has been a seven month process that was well worth the effort and we are very proud of this achievement.
