For over 80 years, Gowrie Victoria has been a champion for quality early learning. We are known for demonstrating quality and the place where generations of teachers and educators have come to observe, learn and be inspired.
Gowrie is a non-profit organisation. Our belief in children as strong and capable citizens drives everything we do and we place children at the centre of our programs and practice.
We have six services located in diverse communities across Melbourne. These spaces celebrate the natural environment and our programs enable children to be active in the community and connect with the natural world around them. We also specialise in adult learning programs that build and improve the quality of the sector across Victoria. These range from training new educators to coaching and mentoring early learning professionals to reflect and embed practices that improve their programs.
Our values and culture is the foundation for all of our work. The authenticity of the relationships we build with each other and with our children, families and communities is core to who we are.
