Cindy and Cass are kindergarten teachers at Good Shepherd. They chose Gowrie coaching as part of their School Readiness Funding program this year and share how working with a coach has enabled them to really focus on some areas of growth and use the time to reflect and investigate many new ideas. With Leanne their coach, they share how being open in their reflection led to benefits for the whole team and the positive impact this has had on their program.
