Coaching through School Readiness funding enabling in-depth conversations leading to increased professional confidence

Cindy and Cass are kindergarten teachers at Good Shepherd. They chose Gowrie coaching as part of their School Readiness Funding program this year and share how working with a coach has enabled them to really focus on some areas of growth and use the time to reflect and investigate many new ideas.
