Gowrie Victoria is working with dandolopartners on a program commissioned by the Victorian Department of Education to support induction practices in our sector.
The program is researching practices that support high quality, consistent and effective induction for teachers and educators delivering funded kindergarten programs. From this we will produce a series of tools, guides and eLearning.
We are running online discussion forums to gain new insights. We want to understand what makes for a great induction into an early learning service and want to learn from your experience about what works, what doesn’t and what gets in the way of providing the kind of induction you would like to offer to your new starters / experience yourself.
The first 75 people to sign up and participate in our discussion forum will receive a $50 gift voucher.
The online discussion forums are now open and will run until 11.59pm on the 6th of May. Participants are encouraged to join at a time suitable for them and contribute using any device.
